MedC Health provides wellness and preventive health screening services. We do not provide acute clinical treatments, emergency response, or final clinical diagnoses. The results in our reports are intended to screen for risks and must be reviewed with qualified physicians.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the MedC Health website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use this site or request services.
2. Scope of Services
MedC Health provides at-home and corporate diagnostic tests, preventive health screening packages, blood sample collection, ECG screenings, and lifestyle/dietary guidance based on general risk metrics. We are a diagnostic aggregator and facilitator. The reports are processed by partner NABL-accredited laboratory operations. The information on this site or in our reports is for screening purposes and does not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings made via the website or customer care are subject to availability. Prices for subscription plans and individual tests are outlined in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes. Payments must be processed successfully at the time of booking or upon collection, depending on the chosen billing route. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled slot may be subject to a minor service charge.
4. Patient Safety & Sample Collection Requirements
For accurate diagnostic results, patients are required to follow any pre-test preparation guidelines provided (such as fasting for 8 to 12 hours for lipid or sugar tests). MedC Health collection staff reserves the right to refuse service if the patient behaves aggressively, fails to comply with safety procedures, or if a safe environment cannot be guaranteed.
5. Reporting and Turnaround Time
While we make every effort to deliver digital reports within the specified turnaround windows (e.g., 6 to 12 hours), delays may occur due to logistics, technical issues, or the need for retesting/validation at our partner labs. MedC Health is not liable for any claims resulting from delayed reports.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MedC Health, its directors, employees, or laboratory affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, diagnostic inaccuracies beyond our control, or reliance on preventive screening recommendations. Any medical decisions should be verified with a primary healthcare professional.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, graphs, code, and logo marks, is the intellectual property of MedC Health. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any layout or brand assets without explicit written consent.
8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
